Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

If you purchase a product through a Vitasana subscription or other recurring purchase option, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed.

Cancellation of a subscription stops future recurring orders and charges. Orders that have already been processed, charged, or shipped cannot be canceled through the subscription cancellation process.

Customers may manage or cancel an active subscription through their customer account or subscription management portal. If assistance is needed, please contact Vitasana Customer Care.

Returns and Refunds

Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed. Returns and refunds for completed orders are subject to Vitasana's Return & Refund Policy.

Changes to Subscriptions

Available options for changing, skipping, pausing, or rescheduling subscription orders may vary depending on the subscription plan and product. Any available options will be shown in the customer's subscription management portal.

Vitasana reserves the right to modify or discontinue subscription purchase options in accordance with applicable law. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been processed.
