Vitasana Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed during regular business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing the next business day. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Free Shipping

Vitasana offers FREE Economy Shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more, based on the merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts and before taxes.

Orders below $50 are subject to the shipping rates shown at checkout. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside Vitasana's control may affect delivery.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, please contact Vitasana as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
